It was in Oneonta Gorge that Andrew Beckham confronted a kind of paradoxical truth: that great beauty can dwell in darkness and in the apparent chaos of emerging forms. From Oneonta outward, Andrew continues a reconnaissance of the "now here", searching for places where the truth feels secure and, like life itself, resonant with an inexplicable poignancy.
